: I would suggest to use lip balm, it may not guarantee non scarring but should speed healing and reduce scarring. Do not remove the covering just use the lip balm at least twice daily.

Blackheads: You shouldn't have any blackheads actually "on" your lips.  You could have some at the margin between your face and your lips.   You could use a face mask treatment designed to extract blackheads or you could see a dermatologist or aesthetics doctor if this is an ongoing significant problem.

Squeeze: If you can stand a little pain, squeeze it out. If not, see a dermatologist. This is not dirt. It is an open comedone (zit) which can be expelled with enough pressure since it has an opening on the surface.

A few things: Possible causes: smoking, sun exposure, high intake of caffeine beverages, hot food, biting/licking the lips constantly, high levels of iron, vitamin b deficiency, allergic reaction. Treatment: lip balm, lemon juice, water. Avoid hot foods, tea, coffee, tobacco, and alcohol. Hope this helped :].

Non-lifestyle-related disease and you deserve effective treatment. With numerous comedones, retinoid acid derivatives may be helpful.

Generally not: Unless you squeeze a blackhead, thus traumatizing the surrounding skin, a blackhead is unlikely to cause a scar.  It is simply a plugged-up sebaceous gland where the oil has oxidized, turning dark.  Most can be  emptied by using hot compresses to loosen the sebum.  If you can't do it yourself, see your esthetician or dermatologist but don't squeeze!

Acne=infection.: Acne is truly an infection within the pores of the skin, so any effective treatment for acne should initially include both a drying agent (i.e. benzoyl peroxide) and an antibiotic (which could be topical or oral).

See a dermatologist: "Blackheads" are not dirt. They are comedones [sebum plugs] in blocked oil glands- open to air. Oxidized sebum is black. It is OK to pinch them out. Pitted skin is not your fault. The scars are not caused by squeezing. You can begin therapy with a retinoid such as tretinoin or adapalene gel. When you control the acne the skin will gradually heal. Most people need nothing more.
