Find some form of strenuous aerobic exercise that you enjoy, and get back into it wholeheartedly and with the same passion that gave you so much enjoyment as a teenaged male. Not necessarily, but: In it of itself, sgpt/sgot and uric acid level changes don't have a direct correlation to pain in the heel.  There are several etiologiest to heel pain.  However, elevated uric acid levels may indicate a gout condition and changes in sgpt/sgot incidate may indicate liver issues.

: Elevated liver enzymes make me concerned for autoimmune hepatitis, viral hepatitis, drug related hepatitis. This can also be a part of HELLP syndrome.where hemolysis, high liver enzymes and low platelet can be a associated with preeclampsia. You should definitely see  Ob doctor To reduce the risk of complications:, exercise, eat fresh fruits, rest, maintain normal blood pressure,&amp; glucose .
