i had unprotected sex with my partner in january 31st to till today february. i have pcod problems. in january my periods is missed. my periods date is approximately 27 after that i had unprotected sex. is there chance to get pregnant?

: Pregnancy is "possible", but with true "PCOS" ovulation is infrequent or absent for long intervals.  The usual treatment for PCOS is low dose oral contraceptives, which preserve future fertility, and stop abnormal cell production in the uterus from the extended higher estrogen produced with PCOS.

The treatment and management depends on the presenting symptom(s) or complaint.  Treatment can range from hormonal contraceptives , Insulin sensitizing agents (glucophage), ovulation induction agents (clomiphene), antiandrogen agents, etc.

Talk to your doctor about other treatment options.

See an fertility doc: Pcos is a common illness in which ovulation cycles become locked.  There are some conditions that should be tested, like problems with the adrenal gland, and uterine health, and the problem is often easily treated with medications. Pcos probably will not get better on its own, so find an expert and seek advice.
