Low oxalate: Calcium oxalate stone formers are often advised to eat a low oxalate diet. Many foods contain higher levels of oxalate, including (but not limited to) dark leafy greens, nuts, dark chocolate, black tea, and beans.  The less oxalate one eats, the less will be excreted into the urine to pair with calcium ions and crystallize into stones.  Most stone patients do not need to limit their calcium intake.

Reason: Oxalate is an acid and low oxalate should raise ph in blood and tissue.  Your erythromelalgia is primarily a problem with vascular spasm. The elevated ph is4 associated with increased electron voltage across cell wall.  That can dilate arteries and improve symptoms.

Fiber!: You are right to drink plenty of water.  You also need plenty of fiber.  You can get this from whole grain breads and cereals, and fresh fruit.  If this doesn't help, try adding MiraLax (polyethylene glycol) every day or 2.  Good luck!

Oxalate: Although many foods contain oxalate, only nine foods are believed to increase  importantly in the urine and then promote kidney stone formation. They are: beets, spinach, rhubarb, strawberries, nuts, chocolate, tea, wheat bran, and all dry beans (fresh, canned, or cooked), excluding lima and green beans. It is best to avoid these foods.  Drinking 3 to 4 liters per day of fluid is essential.

See below: You may need to ask your doctor if possible for a diet with avoiding high oxalate food eg no nuts, strawbwerry, and no vit c and other food substances
also maintain adequate calcium intake which binds up the oxalate and eliminates it in the stools
good water intake to keep urine output about 3 liters a day.
