Unsure: I am not aware of any data that suggest a low oxalate diet will help with lichen sclerosis, or any condition other than calcium oxalate kidney stones.

Lichen sclerosis : Lichen sclerosis is usually treated with steroid creams or ointments. A publication in pubmed.gov reports vague improvement in genital area lichen sclerosis with low oxalate diet. Was not confirmed so this is not considered scientifically sound.
