Well, here's the: Thing. Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some will probably be bust fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed.  Weight watchers is a reputable organization if you wish to lose weight.

More to the story?: Have you recently had a baby/nursed, etc? Breast tissue can vary with weight fluctuations; they get bigger if you gain - but so does the rest of you. You can build up the pectoralis muscles underneath the breasts, and that may make your breasts appear larger. But if you are seriously unhappy about this, make an appt with a reputable plastic surgeon and explore your options. Good luck. Lgromkomd.

Maybe: Most women have some degree of fatty tissue around their breasts, though technically breast tissue itself will not shrink, just the surrounding fatty tisue.  Depending on where your body decides to reduce, you could possible go down in size.

Likely a good idea: The abscesses that open and drain well will usually begin to resolve on their own quickly if they can. Those that linger often need the physician to work within the abscess and break up any inside material that prevents healing.

Possible , if you: Really want it , by cutting calories  , not eating junk food , regular exercises if you want to loose 1lb you have to spend 3500 cal , if you walk 1 mile you spend only 100 cal now figure out how many pounds you want loose , and work on it.

Females and Anatomy: I think the obvious answer here is that despite your weight loss you did not put on muscles.  This will only change if you increase your muscle mass.  The personal trainer can explain this and help you get there.

No, your lucky: generally it is the other way around !
and... loss of inches aroudn the waist is an independent sign of lowering risk of medical illnesses like diabetes and heart disease.

you cannot control where you lose the weight except if you do not do exercise the loss is predominantly muscle.

Very large: and likely the source of the back pain as well. Surgical reduction may be a benefit. See your doctor for exam and discussion of reduction mammoplasty surgery.
