Not necessary: All the nutrients that can be found in dairy can be found elsewhere.  There are many who are lactose(one of the sugars in dairy) intolerant and cannot consume dairy(even with Lactaid pills), they can do fine.  You just need to be mindful to get sources of calcium, vitamin D, protein.  Vegans don't consume diary, and aren't necessarily "fat"; often they are more healthy than others!

Weight: Yes you can lose wright. There are many options on the web. My preference is "NuVal" which lists the good, not so good, and not good at all.

Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge &amp; “bicycling” exercise on back. Do regular aerobic exercise.

Do not take it. : This is a steroid that can cause several problems. One of which is liver disease. I do not recommend taking the drug nor taking "liver protection pills' and I do not believe such a thing exist. You will feel better in the long run as not taking the pills and doing it the old fashion way. Diet , exercise and watch your fats.

: Maybe. Unless you have a significant allergic reaction to the components in this concoction it is likely safe. It is unlikely to have any effect on hormones or cause weight loss. The idea that consuming any food/drink/pill will cause weight loss is more myth than fact. Learning why/how you eat and making changes that remain in place over time is the way to manage your weight.
