No pills: Simple sugars and processed carbs should be avoided or limited. This includes any flour product. The fine grind makes absorption quick, and spikes your blood sugar which increases Insulin and promotes weight gain. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and just enough protein.

Lose 2 lbs this week: Helpful diets include natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (without salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits contain natural sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, regardless of where it comes from. No diet pills.

Don't need pills or: supplements. Eat healthfully &amp; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Do both cardio &amp; weight training.

Don't waste your $$: Green coffee bean extract and rasberry ketones are of no value for any know medical condition.. They will not help you lose weight, except in your wallet. Save your money and spend it on good food and exercise. Don't get your medical knowledge from friends, tv, the internet, or dr. Oz - he's rarely correct.

There : There is not one single study that demonstrates any long term success in patients who use diet pills.  Most diet pills have significant side effects.  You are very close to an ideal body weight.  You most likely already have knowledge of healthy eating habits and exercise habits.  The best choice may be to see a nutritionist or personal trainer to cement some excellent skills with eating choices and exercise which have proven benefit.

Normal weight: the ideal body weight for 5'9''' is 145 - 160  if you want to loose weight i do not think diet pills as the way to go.  They only work for a short period of time and depending on the pill may be harmful if used very long.  You can loose weight by decreasing your calorie intake and increasing your activity. Tips: To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.
