Body lift: Without actually seeing pictures, i can't tell you for sure.  But a body lift procedure can be anywhere from 3-10 hours.

does a thigh lift include liposuction? i have saggy skin on my thighs, but i also have extra fat. does a thigh lift include liposuction to remove excess fat?

Absolutely. : Absolutely. In fact, even if a patient only has mild amount of excess fat in their thigh i would still highly recommend thigh liposuction. This is because the liposuction procedure itself not only removes unwanted fat but also increases the mobility of the skin on the thigh by making multiple tunnels. This then allows for removing more of the excess skin on the thigh with the lift procedure as well as decreasing the tension at the wound closure site. Overall by taking more skin this will give a more pleasing result and likely a better scar because of the lessened wound tension.

intense vibrating my lower back will cause a pain in my thigh that is hard to describe the tingling/vibrating will continue to my legs & feet. i also get an intense pain in my mid back if i lift any weight takes my breathe away. herniated disc?

Very possible but ..: Very possible but no way to tell without a good history, physical exam and, maybe, an MRI scan. An Orthopedic or Spine surgeon can help

Leg pain: It is time for a good exam by a rheumatologist as your symptoms could due to several reasons 

it is nothing like a good evaluation followed by focused diagnostic tests prior to treatment.

X-ray needed: If you had work up done initially, a follow up will be needed to reassess. If you did not have it examined and based on Ottawa rules, an X-ray will be needed in order to rule out fracture.

Cyst or tumor: A hard lump on your thigh is most likely a cyst or a benign tumor, such as a fibroma.

If the lump has been there a long time, has not changed size and is not painful, you can just "watch" it.  If it has appeared recently or has enlarged, then a surgeon should remove it. A pathologist will then determine if it will be of future concern.
