: Ovulation presents opportunities for pregnancy for several days, and "day 18" may still allow for fertilization.  Day "32" may be too early for a home pregnancy test to be accurate. Wait another 7-10 days and obtain a serum HCG test , which is very accurate.  See your OBGYN provider if positive.

You can learn the "squeeze technique". A dab of a local anesthetic or a condom can help if you're really finishing too fast. Your physician may rx a low does of a ssri though who wants to take medication?

You could also use desensitizing cream and/or wear thicker condom
