4 months pp, no longer breastfeeding. my last cycle was only 25 days. sex with condom on the 18 day of my cycle. on day 32. took blood test 4 days ago neg and neg urine test. have had light bloody discharge last two days. could i still be pregnant?

Ovulation presents opportunities for pregnancy for several days, and "day 18" may still allow for fertilization. Day "32" may be too early for a home pregnancy test to be accurate. Wait another 7-10 days and obtain a serum HCG test , which is very accurate. See your OBGYN provider if positive.
