my wife has some cramps 7 days after the iui.  she took clomid (clomiphene) and gonal injections before the iui.  is cramping a good or bad sign?

Neither: Her cramps are probably due to large corpus lutein cyst that form after ovulation. If the pain increases and become significant then she needs to follow up with her doctor.

is it bad to eat salmon 5 days outta the week?

No: Salmon is rich in desirable omega 3`s and is an excellent source of protein. It`s a lot healthier than eating red meat 5 times a week.

Nothing to do: If you are not sick, don't worry about it. If you do get sick, see your doctor. There isn't much else you can do in the mean time.

It can be: Eating too much of anything can be a bad thing.  As an extreme people have died from water poisoning from drinking too much water.  If you eat so much salmon that you are excluding other important nutrients and foods in your diet than it may be too much. If you are healthy and fit and have a balanced diet it may be ok. Honestly ask someone you trust,  if they think you are eating too much.

Salomon: contains good fat, Omega 3, so it's good to eat.  Avoid transfats, those made by humans, basically chemicals that preserve junk food.  Omega 6 fats are found in vegetable oils such as corn oil, canola oil, etc.  We ave too much in our body already.  Look for Omega 3 such as in fish oil.  Peace and good health.  Ask your doc about a ketogenic diet if you have weight concerns.  Peace and good health

Could be: you need to have fluids to replace what you are losing
Please see the doctor if it is getting worse or if it lasts for longer than 3-4 days

Yes, see a doctor.: It is possible to get gonorrhea in the throat, and many doctors won't think to test for it, as it requires special testing.  Please see your doctor or go to a local city or state run health department for appropriate testing and treatment.  Good luck.
