Hold mayo, carrots: Jumbo jack without cheese has 600 calories. Subtract 90 cal if you hold the mayo. To lose weight, you would try to eat fewer calories (1200-1500 per day). A serving of mini carrots is only 35 calories. Make your own sandwich with wheat bread, ham and mustard (200 cal). Learn to love green beans, veggies, and protein. You can do it.

Chicken pox unlikely: An adult with chicken pox is not likely to be going around playing pool. If you had chicken pox as a child you do not need to worry about the exposure, even if it is chicken pox. There is vaccination for chicken pox but that is not likely to be useful after exposure.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Likely allergic: You are likely allergc to chicken and its allergens are usually not destroyed or changed by heat.  The best way is to avoid them.  Do you have reactions to other fowls too?

HCA and Cancer: HCAs form when amino acids (building blocks of proteins), sugars, and creatine (found in muscle) react at high temperatures. PAHs are formed when fat and juices from meat grilled directly over an open fire drip onto the fire, causing flames. These flames contain PAHs that then adhere to the surface of the meat. PAHs can also be formed during other food preparation processes. See HCA at cancer.gov

had a couple of small bites of a sandwich with cold cooked grilled chicken. reheated it just in case, warm no steam.am i at risk of listeria for this?

I DONT THINK  BUT: I do not think you are at risk to get listeria infection, by eating a cold cooked grilled chicken which was reheated warm
it really depends on how long was the sandwich left in the fridge.But even though theoretically it is possible but is very very unlikely to get listeria infection that way.
Most infections are in people with weakened immune system.And usual source is uncooked meat, vegs, processed.

my 2 yo is very picky.eats a lot of chicken nuggets and hot dogs and grilled cheese. is this ok? he will also eat yogurt and baby food veggie occasion

Sad process: The toddler is used to a world where they are the boss and many fail to begin teaching them to be children.In the 1st yr you carried/diapered/fed them at any point they cried for it.That is what they expect even when they start being independent. Stop feeding the kid separately.Have him eat at the table and offer what you make.Maybe do one requested item for a while. Let him fuss, he won't starve
