If you have commercial insurance, ask your doctor for a referral. A neuropsychological exam tells you how you learn best ; offer suggestions to maximize your strengths ; minimize your weaknesses. Be sure to apply for ada accommodations at work.

Then by using natural strenghts, you can improve memory channels.
