It is possible: This can be normal but how tall she will grow is genetically determined and unless there is intervention with an endocrinologist with hormone therapy, you must let nature take its course.

Unlikely to happen: Some kids continue to grow taller into their late teens or rarely early twenties but only when their bone maturity lags behind their age. If the growth centers of the long bones have fused, you cannot grow taller. A single x-ray of the wrist ; hand can yield a bone maturity.If delayed he'll grow more. Most have reached bony maturity at 17 and are done.No pills would make a difference.

No: If your growth plates are no longer open, growth is over. Typically by the time a boy is 17, the growth plates are near complete fusion.  There are no height enhancing exercises.  If a 17 year old boy has delayed puberty there may be some growth potential left as the biological age would be younger than 17.

Height: It is very unlikely that you will grow any taller at your age.
If possible, contact your pediatrician who charted your height and weight until you were 19 or so. If that is a the low end you should share this with your current doctor.

What pills? I would not take any over the counter pills that claim to make one taller.

Basics: Linear growth is under the influence of nutrition &amp; genetics. The expected final height of males is the average of both parents plus 2.5 in. Exercise although important, has less effect than nutrition &amp; genes. If you have grown less than inch in the past year you are likely near the end of growth.

Depends on  bone age: The potential additional length anyone can expect depends on areas in the long bones (arms, legs, fingers)called growth plates. This is where growth occurs and an active open growth plate means more growth is possible. An xray of the hands & wrists can be evaluated for bone maturity since there are many to see. If your bone maturity is average for a 18yo you are done growing taller.

Too late: By age 21 years it is too late to use hormones to increase your height because your growth plates on your long bones are closed.  The only  thing that might work would be surgery to increase the length of your leg bones.  I am not even sure if that will work at your age.  You can see an orthopedic surgeon for a consult.
