i hurt my ankle during softball and it is swollen and looking like it is bruised by my heel a bit. is there anything i can do to heal it faster?

R.I.C.E.: Rest, ice, compression, elevation (r.I.C.E.).  This is most likely a sprain. Bruising patterns about the outside of the heel is common with a sprain, but can occur with a fracture.  How long ago did this happen?  Seek medical attention if no improvement in symptoms over a 1 week period.  Try wearing an ankle brace for now and limit your activity.  Physical therapy may be ordered per your physician.

Plantar Fibromatosis: Plantar fibromatosis can be a cause of painful lumps located on the bottom of your feet.  I would suggest getting evaluated by a podiatrist to find out exactly what's going on.

Not quickly: If your problem is only a bruised muscles, improvement should occur within 6 weeks at the longest. But nerves heal more slowly--at a rate of 1 mm. Per day. So for long nerves, this could involve months.

Read below: If this condition has been ongoing for over 3 days and getting progressively worse, make sure to see your podiatrist as you need to rule out a possible stress fracture.  If the area only has discomfort, than try wrapping the foot with an elastic bandage and taking otc anti inflammatory medicine.

Get XRAY of foot: You have already had too many things on your legs to ignore this painful foot. See othopedist, he may be able to help with an orthotic sock to support foot. Would not do more walking than necessary until XRAY shows no evidence of fracture

i had a bruise on my leg. the bruise coloration is gone but now the skin is slightly raised and almost has a very fine fine pinpoint spread of rash texture. it doesnt itch but it has me a little freaked out. i dont usually heal like this. help plz?

: The bruised skin can be left with some degree of scarring which will diminish slowly.
You can take photo for your records and redo the photo in 2-3 months looking for any changes.
If there is increase in size or thickness, seek medical examination by your PCP.
I would not worry about it as 99% of such changes resolve naturally..

RICE: Rest, ice, compression and elevation. If injury occurred then get an x-ray to make sure there is no displace fracture and tape it to  2nd toe until you get it checked.

Domestic violence: You need to get out of your home and somewhere that you will be safe. You will need to make a police report. Go now to an emergency care facility and tell them what has happened. Be strong and do what you know you must. Otherwise, next time it may be a knife or firearm.

Contusion/Fracture: This could be a simple contusion or possibly even a fracture.  It depends on how long ago this happened.  Contusion could take 2-8 weeks to fully resolve.  If pain lingers, then get an x-ray.
