did tape test for pinworm. got something white but did not move. looked at it an hour later and it look liked there was nothing on the tape.

Pibworm : It is not easy to find the pinworm  they come out at night  &amp; cause itching in the perianal area, that is why you apply the tape at night hoping they get caught on the tape . You  can repeat the test &amp; ask your Dr to send a stool sample for the eggs.  Good  luck.

Turkey gobbler: Surgery is often the best/only way to really improve this deformity. Depending on your exam findings, age, skin quality, etc this may be improved by laser liposuction, platysmaplasty with fat excision, neck lift or sometimes a combination of these procedures. Only way to know is to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon.

Benign causes still exceed cancerous causes and hematology and pathology consults may be useful. Do not worry, most arre treatable.
