Obviously that ...: ... Would depend on the cause of your pain.  Some acid type pains (gastritis, reflux etc) will improve with  Tums (calcium carbonate) or pepto bismol or maalox.  Other pains may dampen when the pain meds your took kick in (30 - 40min)  cramping form constipation will improve after a bm.  The real issue is understanding the cause and treating that, not just treating the pain.

Being a "very frequent patient of food poisoning" is not usual, but having frequent stomach pains and vomiting needs medical evaluation.  You are taking some over-the-counter medicine but it sounds like it isn't helping much.  Please see a doctor for more thorough assessment.  Be well.

Diarrhea and abdominal (stomach) pain can be caused by a number of issues - anything from a viral illness that goes away on its own in a few days to something potentially more serious, requiring additional testing or prescription medication.  It's impossible to recommend a specific treatment without knowing the cause of the problem, and sometimes simply taking medication over the counter to hid the symptoms can let a more serious problem get worse without seeking medical attention.

I would recommend you call your doctor now and tell them what's happening.  I would not recommend taking any over the counter medication without being evaluated to find out what's wrong.

May need antibiotic: Utis are quite common in females and often need antibiotic treatment. There are instances where mild infections do disappear on their own, but  significant bacterial utis often require antibiotic. Otc med such as Azo can help reduce the discomfort/burning/urgency symptoms, but does not get rid of the infection itself. So, if you have much symptoms, consult doc.  Good luck.

Unrelated: Your stomach cramp has nothing to do with E Nana.
This is a harmless parasite that do not cause any symptoms in a person with normal immunity (disease fighting capability of your body). They usually are self limiting and die on their own in few months.
However if the stool report says "too numerous" and you have diarrhea or your immunity is low as in HIV then you need treatment.

Time to see a doctor: Any stomach flu type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, etc...  One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a whole week, so a doctor's evaluation is helpful if symptoms are worse than just mild.

: Stop motrin, take antacid mylanta 10 cc before meal and at bed time for a couple days if you just recently took motrin. However, if you have used motrin for a long time, gastritis or peptic ulcer may be present so besides discontinuing motrin, you need to take either famotidine or omeprazole (2o mg, twice a day) for 2 months.
