: The std tests were a waste of money and should be done if the ere is history or findings of an STD. They are probably sebaceous cysts. cant be self-treated. Pl see a Urologist

Scrotal swelling: Scrotal swelling is one of the most difficult types of swelling to treat. The best treatment is elevation, which is difficult. Instead  most patients just lie down as much as they can. The key, however, is to determine the cause. The most common causes are: a low protein (albumin) in the blood or some kind of allergic reaction. For allergies, otc treatment with Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help.

Yes: Sometimes they are large enough to get irritated and bleed. Cryosurgery is not the best answer. You can eliminate every single one of them with laser. Electrodessication is cheaper and better. Using a 32G needle they will be easily anesthetized. It is then a quick, efficient procedure which leaves scabs for a week and then looks normal.

Scrotal itching.: First bathe often, and dry off immediately afterwards, making sure you do not put on wet  clothes to prevent further irritation.  OTC baking soda, talcum powder, Gold Bond powder can keep this area dry.  If there is a fungal irritation, you can try OTC  antifungal cream.    If this does not resolve spontaneously within a few days,  seek medical attention.

Dermatologist: If they don't bother you, forget about it. They can be individually teased out. The smaller they are the more tedious it is. No sutures or dressings. Small scabs heal in a week. But they need to be done one at a time so it can be a long process.

Pruritis: Could be several things. Commonly fungus ( jock itch) would be helped by diaper cream. Also possible allergy based so Benadryl (diphenhydramine) could alleviate the itching. Other causes, such as neuropathic itching from spinal nerve impingement requires examination. Either way if if doesn't get better or worsens, have an exam to fully elucidate the diagnosis, then treatment  will be more specific.

Pimples: A dry itchy rash on the scrotum may be due to tinea cruris, a fungal infection of the skin which can occur and may respond to a topical over the counter anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole 1%. Please see a doctor ASAP to confirm your diagnosis and perhaps be tested for other causes.
