Pimples: A dry itchy rash on the scrotum may be due to tinea cruris, a fungal infection of the skin which can occur and may respond to a topical over the counter anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole 1%. Please see a doctor ASAP to confirm your diagnosis and perhaps be tested for other causes.
