: That location has lymph nodes, odor producing glands and sweat glands, all of which could be invaded by germs. Germ invasion can produce a swollen lump/cyst.  Moist heat may increase blood flow enough that your natural healing factors could help, but sometimes these need antibiotics or even surgical drainage before they are cured.

Unusual combination : See your doctor for an evaluation. These areas, throat and armpit, are not directly related and may indicate a more systemic or "whole body" issue. Without a lot more information including looking in your throat a feeling the lump in your armpit it's very hard to figure out what's going on.

Axillary Boil: Usually a "knot" under the arm that is painful, red, warm and growing is a "boil" or glandular abscess. It must be examined and likely incised by a physician in order to allow it to heal. If it contains pus, it will not heal by itself and will likely get bigger. Sometimes it just bursts by itself (which causes relief) but the pain can be excruciating. Please see a physician who can examine you.

Lump over the spine : The spine has lots of normal lumps, google search spinous processes. More detailed information is needed to address this since there are several things you mention. There are many considerations that come to mind- one thing comes to the forefront,  depression. You can also try oral cimetadine (400 mg three times a day for 12-16 weeks). This is very safe and had the side effect of getting rid of warts for many people of adult size and weight (japma november 1, 1995 vol. 85 no. 11 717-718 ).

Depends: If this is truly a cyst then sometimes surgically removing it is the best option.  Injecting it with steroids can also help things like this to resolve.  And if this is possibly infected then antibiotics may be necessary.  Having this evaluated in person will be the safest option if it is bothering you.
