Aromatherapy: sweet orange (citrus sinensis), peitigrain (citrus reticulata), mandarin (citrus reticulata) are different citrus scents that can v nausea.  Get med eval if chronic.

Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation. Consider ginger.

Urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy, &amp; even reaction to stress. Find &amp; treat cause.
