Cause of nausea?: It is not normal to routinely have nausea after eating and this situation requires evaluation by a physician. The nausea may be due to medications you are taking, from some type of illness, or related to the food itself. For natural approaches to nausea, ginger and peppermint are said to be helpful but don't treat naturally until you know what is causing the nausea.
