does smoking marijuana get rid of nausea?

Often but not always: No medicine or herb works equally well for everyone but marijuana is often very effective for nausea. Some patients with severe nausea from chemotherapy find it works better than the strongest pharmaceutical drugs. Of course, it is always wise to address the source of the nausea if possible.
