: The surgical wounds should be organized well after one week. I do not see any problem with any sexual activity at this point if there is no direct impact to the wounds.

Yes: Most patients who have a breast reduction are unable to breast feed.   Roughly 33-45% of patients may be able to.

Possibly: This can depend somewhat on the approach taken but usually creates problems with breast feeding. Any significant reduction will disrupt some  of the natural channels and relocation of the nipple/areola complex further alters the system unfortunately, you can go bigger with less effect on breast feeding than going smaller, but either way it can limit success.

Breast sz &amp; wt loss: It will not.  Exercising will help you lose weight.  To specifically target weight loss to certain areas (ie just my hips) is not really possible with exercise.  Be happy with how you are.  Exercising and losing weight is great.  Your breast size is your breast size.  Celebrate and enjoy who you are.  Remember YOU ARE UNIQUE.  There is no one on the planet like you. Be proud and happy with you!

Yes: Although surgeons prefer to wait until all growth is complete, if you have very large breasts and the appropriate symptoms (back pain, bra grooving, etc) reduction may be an option. However, breast reduction in teenagers is associated with a higher incidence of recurrent breast enlargement. That can require another surgery later. It will also probably decrease your ability to breast feed.

are there limitations on how small the breast can be made during a breast reduction surgery? i have extremely large breasts and i want to get down to an a cup.  can breast reduction surgery make my breasts this small?

Any : Any smaller size is possible, but the risks and the benefits of the procedure need to be well understood before proceeding. Some parts of the breast reduction are not reversible.

Maybe: If she has insurance it would have to be preapprovred. If she doesn't then the options are limited, there may be a state insurance option. Her primary md could possibly help her. Is your sister interested in this procedure?

Smaller breasts: In the extreme I have sent women for breast reduction surgery.  Pt can work on neck strengthening and rom, sometimes weight loss works, a very supportive bra with wide soft straps helps.

what is best way to get rid of a big knot in intercostal muscle?it's right where my bra strap hits.side of breast.is that a common occurrence there?

Better bra: You may need a massage to work out which eve issue is there now.  Consider different bra, properly fitted.  Also, see how you wear your purse, bag, or other activity that may influence that area. May need some strength work out to get your back muscles stronger.
