Difficult: There is not much that can be done for hemosiderin, or iron, deposits in the legs.  For all practical purposes, it is permanent.

: If you have plenty of extra cash and time you can contact a regional Cranio-facial Reconstruction Center ( there is one at Medical City Dallas) for a consultation. Regular insurers don't cover it. The work is major surgery. Reshaping the head involves reshaping the skull, not just a little flesh movement. It can be done, but get all the information available before you sign on.

It's left over: expanded flab from the pregnancy.  Sometimes it is called baby fat, but whatever it is called in order to get rid of it you will have to do some aerobic and stretching exercises, along with isotonics to "tone" your rectus abdominis and latissimus dorsi.  There is no other way around it.  Unless you want a "tummy tuck" which does not guarantee to keep it away forever unless you exercise too.

Maybe not: Darkening of skin in the genitals area, extending to the inner thighs, runs in some families. If many of the adults in the family have the same coloring, then it is likely normal for that family. One can see his primary care doctor for an opinion. The doctor may refer to an endocrinologist to see if there is a hormonal imbalance. Once in a while, hormone problems can cause skin darkening there.

Excess : Excess upper arm fat and skin is a common concern.  Liposuction can help reduce the volume of fat in this area and may result is some modest skin tightening.  However, this has to be performed quite judiciously as the arms are rather unforgiving, and you could be left with excess skin that can only be treated by excision.  If you are starting out with loose skin, then you would likely need the skin excised.

Find insurance?: Not a med answer, but is there a way you can get insurance? Is there a medicaid program? Does your county offer health assistance, or your hospital have a free clinic (many do). Your best bet for insurance is a large employer; starbucks offers insurance for part time workers.  If it is true that no insurance means no help, then you need to find a way to get insurance.

Ultrasound : Ultrasound assisted lipoplasty (ual) can be used for body contouring.  The ultrasound energy disrupts the adipocytes (fat cells).  Then standard liposuction is performed to remove the disrupted fat.  The cannula does generate a fair amount of heat and this can burn the skin.  Burns can occur anywhere in the treatment area.  Burns can be prevented with good surgeon technique, however, even with good technique you may get burns at the site of cannula entry.  Minor burns will heal with no treatment or minor wound care.  Deeper burns or scarring may require surgical excision.
