Frequent hand washing, especially using detergent or solvents or caustic soaps such as ivory are often a cause. A potent steroid prescription ointment and frequent emollient will help. Sometimes it is dyshidrotic eczema which may need  oral therapy at times. See a dermatologist.

It's milder, and can appear as jaw pain, hair or face pain, and numbness of shoulder, arm, going to fingers as described. Contact your PCP righ away, or go to ER if it's happening now or urgent care, and get an EKG, BP again vitals, and monitor carefully! Check BP now. Don't delay!
