last friday i took mdma, since 2 days i've been throwing up feeling confused feeling stomach burns and pain having bowel problems feeling dizzy hearing a ring forgetting stuff having headache feeling weak sleeping 15 hours a day. help im scared?

: Head to the hospital ER, as it is not fully clear how severe your drug reaction has become.  This needs to first be dealt with physically, later psychiatrically.

Not related: GI irritation, nausea and vomiting, constipation, and dark stools are the most common side effects. You may be tired or sleepy as a symptom of iron deficiency and anemia. You may want to adjust your protein intake up and decrease carbs for more energy, along with regular exercise

Well: This is a difficult question to answer as there are many different reasons people have difficulty sleeping including anxiety, depression, poor sleep environment, poor sleep hygiene, stimulates (such as caffeine), medications, mania, and other. If your current medication is not working, contact your doctor and discuss other options.

Functional medicine may help in evaluating why your body may be fatiguing so quickly and why you are easily  exhausted.

No: Something happened.  For example, if your eyes did not close all the way when you fell asleep, the surface of your cornea (shell in front of eye) could have dried up, and that could lead to blurred vision.  The only way to determine what is going on is to see an eye md for an evaluation.

can i take passionflower 350 mg. with zopiclone 7.5 mg.  i was prescribed zopiclone and taking 2 i still cannot fall asleep.

Re-evaluation : Is needed, you are on high dose of zopiclone, adding passion flower may not be advisable. At your age better be cautious using sedatives. You may need other medications as per doctor's judgement. Suggest referral to a psychiatrist, it may be depression / severe anxiety , treatment differs, wish you well

If you need seroquel (quetiapine): ....You probably should not be smoking weed.  Marijuana increases the risk of psychosis and makes it more difficult for your psychiatric condition to be effectively treated with any medications.

Maybe: Before trying medication, you may want to check and be sure you are promoting sleep.
Avoid caffeine late in the day. Go to sleep around the same time in a quiet dark comfortable place. Get regular exercise during the day, but not too close to bedtime. Don't eat heavy meals close to bedtime. Avoid excess alcohol.
If you are doing these things, and still can't get to sleep, see your doctor.

Using good sleep: Hygiene.  1. Keep a regular bedtime & wakening time (to include weekends). Get up the same time each day, regardless of what time you fell asleep. 
2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing rituals prior to bedtime many include a warm bath or shower, aroma therapy, reading, or listening to gentle music. 
3. Sleep in a dark, quiet, cool room on comfortable mattress & pillows.

Insomnia: Depending on the causes which need to be treated first. For primary insomnia with no apparent cause, sleep hygiene works fairly well.
