i think i have a kidney stone. i have very severe lower back pain that is radiating into my hips, and belly. i'm also peeing a lot and i'm having a hard time walking and moving around where the pain is so severe. how will it ease? just started today

Your 1st mistake was: diagnosing yourself. The only way to get any idea of how long it will last is if you really do have a kidney stone. But what if you don’t? With the symptoms you describe, I would NEVER assume that. It could be several other conditions including ectopic pregnancy. You need to be seen by someone who will take a history &amp; do an exam. Relying on Doctor Google is unwise &amp; could be dangerous.

i slept on the floor a week ago, and since then i've had lower back pain , certain positions seem to trigger the pain although walking doesn't hurt.

Compression: neuritis/myalgia- nerve or muscle pain from tissue compression- will usually resolve on its' own or with the use of a mild anti-inflammatory medication if not allergic.

2 days ago, coughed and felt massive pain in my lower back which made me fall, after hour on floor manged to crawl to the sofa now i can stand but left leg wont straighten so cant walk, back pain still bad but getting better, also side of bum hurts?

: This history suggests you may have a herniated disc in your back with compression of the nerve on the left, or at least a lot of inflammation around  disc causing irritation to the nerve.  Best to have Dr eval, possibly some steroids short term, &amp; physical therapy. Meanwhile Ice to the area every few hours &amp; anti inflammatory cream &amp; meds can help, &amp; gentle movement (NOT prolonged 
bedrest )

Many causes: There are many causes for back pain. At 25 years old it is unlikely to be anything serious. It is probably muscle strain. If the pain gets severe see a doctor. If not try stretching both before and after walking and do some walking every day. Drink plenty of water. Muscles ache and spasm more if you are not well hydrated.

Nerve irritation: You may have low back nerve root irritation.   Please make sure that you are not over exercising or lifting heavy things.  You will need to be evaluated by your family doctor 
and a specialist and physical medicine and rehabilitation.

RSI: In general epidural steroid injections are safe. This is very relative. You want to have failed conservative management such as physical therapy and anti-inflammatory eps (if safe/prescribed) before considering esis. Also duration of pain and quality/character. More well defined pain radiating from back into limb would increase likelihood of effectiveness.

Yes if you have : Not been smoking, keeping your weight under control and exercising regularly, then get an evaluation by a specialist in back problems for a thorough evaluation to make  a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.  This may include: medication, physical therapy, pain management techniques like injections, back supports, and if all fails and if warranted based on symptoms and findings, surgery.

i have a constant middle right back pain. it has been 2 weeks now feeling this way. when im leaning against the couch/chair or lying on bed,i feel much better.it only get worst when i walk or stand for maybe more than 20 mins. please advise.

Back pain : I have seen thousands of spinal pain cases. I can't tell you how important an in-person examination from an experienced functional spine specialist (chiropractor, physical medicine doctor)  is needed to help you. Sounds like you may have a leg length inequality (a relative leg length difference from muscle imbalances around the pelvis).  Middle back pain also raises concerns for organ problems
