Wrist pain: One of the first things is to get a proper exam and diagnosis a hand surgeon can help. The range if problems  includes arthritis tendinitis nerve issues carpal tunnel ligament injury fracture stress fracture keinbocks masses  in fact any structure can cause wrist pain . Simple solutions are splinting NSAID  ice and stretching but done wrong it can make things worse so get evaluated.

It seems that you pushed yourself too hard, and still did not feel good about your achievement of discipline, imitative and perseverance.

Go to a National Park in your Country and Feel the Wonder and Peace.

CTS ?: This might be a form of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome,  CTS, which usually follows a repetitive action with the wrist, especially seen in many people using computers
Doing pushups might be causing the canal holding the median nerve to be inflamed or swollen.
I recommend taking a break from the pushups to see if nerve sensations slowly go away. Can take OTC Advil or Aleve (naproxen) to relieve discomfort.

Don't push it: Not the greatest idea if you are causing pain.  Try going to an orthopaedic surgeon to get a referral to a physical therapist who can show you an appropriate home exercise program for your neck.

You may have : Strained some of the tendons & ligaments. Hold off push-ups & other wrist stress for a couple of wks, (substitute other arm exercises), then gradually resume, starting w wall push-ups, then bench, then floor push-ups .  For now, use ice packs 3 times a day (frozen peas work well). Ibuprofen for a few days to decrease inflammation. When pain free, start stretching your wrists.

Wrist ganglion: Wrist ganglions are rather common fluid filled cysts that often form on/about the back side (dorsum) of the wrist. The cysts fill with fluid more easily than they drain, thus leading to noticeable transient expansion/enlargement with overuse. These ganglia take up physical space and this can make bending the wrist quite painful with activities such as pushups. Orthopaedic evaluation recommended.
