Hmmmm: Doesnt sound like an std but no guarantees.  It sounds like some sort of an irritation such as friction without proper lubrication, or more likely, from applying some type of gel, lotion, soap, etc which severely irritated your skin.  I would recommend only using aquaphor or shea butter cream to the area for a few days and avoiding any other activity until resolves.  See dr. If not better in 5 day.

i think i have balantis. my penis smells bad even after i wash thoroughly. i got a brown stain on the head, its also a bit bumpy, looks like its about to crack and its always red. im also uncircumcised.are there any remedies i can use to cure it?

: Wash with antibiotic soap, ie CLN.
Then apply gently but completely Polysporin ointment,  not Neosporin, twice daily.

Dry: It comes down to applying fragrance free moisturizers often during times of dry skin. Supplements and foods will not hydrate the skin as moisturizers will.

Best contact your MD: You have made a reasonable effort with OTC ant-candida (yeast) medication without desired results. It would now be best to contact your MD for a more thorough exam--as this skin disorder may not be due to a yeast infection, but another type of more resistant fungus. Sometime oral medication is required in more difficult cases such as yours. Also, this rash may not be infection but a form of eczema

Interesting question: If a person cracked skull bones, he would have had a head scan. If he did not have a scan, then perhaps only the skin was "cracked" open. If the person is normal, then there is no need to worry (but doesn't mean the head is 100% normal inside, because there is no way in the world to know that). If the person has symptoms, then he needs to see his dr.  Symptoms may not be due to old head injuries.

Xerosis: Xerosis is dry skin. When the skin can not retain (or loses) moisturization , then the skin will dry out and crack (just like a desert surface). It is important to keep the skin moisturized for it to maintain a supple appearance.

Neck cracking: Some people's neck cracks more than others'. I am not sure exactly how you pull you neck that it cracks, but i would advise you not to do it as you may injure it incidentally.
