Charcot marie tooth: Im not currently aware of a specific cure to this disease, however there are treatments to aleviate symptoms.  Physical theropy, braces, exercises etc.  Also there are powerful pain killing drugs available for those suffering from disableing pain.

No: Enamel is inorganic and does not grow once your tooth erupts. In other words, it is not alive. Your dentist can restore the damaged tooth, however.

Tooth pain: The black line is probably just staining of the tooth/enamel.  The pain though can be sign of tooth decay or infection,  I would see your dentist.

Unfortunately, no: It is inherited and can only be managed after it's onset.  If you are worried about it, there is some genetic testing that can tell you if you have one or more of the 40 different genes that cause it.

Tooth decay: Sometimes if the decay is small enough flouride can help reverse the decay. But if the decay passes a certain point you will need a filling. Brush and floss regularly and properly, get cleanings regularly and reduce the amount of acidic drinks that are not counteracted, and you may get less cavities.
