No: Enamel is inorganic and does not grow once your tooth erupts. In other words, it is not alive. Your dentist can restore the damaged tooth, however.

No: Im not sure what you mean by shredded tooth enamel, but once the teeth are fully formed, there will be no enamel growth.

No : Once permanent teeth are worn down or chipped and lost their enamel , they will not grow new enamel . At this time the teeth have to be restored by bonding, veneers or crowns.

Can't be done: Enamel does not self repair. There are no living cells within tooth enamel to do the repair. Once it forms (before tooth erupts), if it becomes damaged, it will not self repair nor can you fix it yourself. Take advantage of your Dentist's more than 10,000 hours of post-college training/education and many years of experience. Don't wait, delay will only result in further deterioration.
