To a certain extent: The Gazelle will be easier on your joints but will burn less calories for a similar speed compared to running.  You can increase the calories you burn on the gazelle by either increasing your "stride" rate and/or increasing resistance.  In the end, using a Gazelle or jogging/running both serve to improve cardiopulmonary health.  You can get similar results doing either by making small adjustments.

i get central chest pain doing cardio, including the gazelle or zumba. i stop from discomfort and fear. it is a deep pressure. can i continue safely?

Evaluation needed: Chest discomfort brought on by exertion is of concern and even in your age bracket must be evaluated by an exercise stress test before strenuous exercise is sanctioned. It may turn out to be simply musculoskeletal discomfort but ruling out cardiac causes is important first. See your physician for the evaluation and testing.

Yes: I'm assuming you are referring to the low impact exercise machine.  A gazelle would be very good exercise, as would most other low impact machines such as an elliptical, stationary bike, etc.  Generally anything that isn't high impact is a safe option for exercise and sports participation after knee replacement.  You should avoid high impact activities such as running, jumping, etc.

I think it depends: My brief research into this suggests it is debatable &amp; depends somewhat on your goals: bodybuilding vs. fat loss vs. maintenance. More carbs are needed for body building, and many fewer for fat loss.  40-60% carbs are recommended for body building, with 25-35% protein and 15-25% fat. You might target somewhere in the middle: 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat. Good luck!

Tolerance ??: Unlike many opoids adderall is not known to trigger tolerance. Weekend breaks may be a good idea if you do not need the increased focus that this allows but I often suggest that to reduce overall exposure to this or any symptom management medication especially when they are often used for prolonged periods.

is 25mg of sertraline appropriate to add to my 0.5mg of kpin. i've been one kpin for 18 months. but now i have very bad anxiety again. tolerance?

Yes &amp; uncertain.: If you are suffering from an anxiety disorder - treating that with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor  like sertraline is a good idea. I don't know if you developed tolerance or not- maybe your life stressors worsened.  Zoloft and klonopin can be used together.

when you are a recovering addict in the methadone clinic and have to have surgery what do you do for the pain? and to add to the problem you have a large tolerance built up by the pills you where on and now the methadone you take to get your self clean is

hey i'm new to adhd meds. i'm scared i'm just taking a legal form of meth? i found 36 con good but dr added 10la rit. i don't wanna build tolerance faster then nessasary. shouldnt i just take 36 of it works (not sure tho what best effect feels like?

: The idea behind these meds is it stimulates a dashboard like control in your brain that fosters increased focus and excludes distraction. You should not get high, but more vigilant. Adjust as needed to keep that way.
