Best guess.: Just as strong as sausage casing.  I don't suppose you could tow your car, but you could probably pull 20-40 lbs with a fresh intestine....

Not necessarily : the "strong chili" isn't going to necessarily hurt you, but it can cause an increased acid production. If you have gastric reflux then the acid can cause problems in the future.

How much?: How much Tylenol (acetaminophen) have you taken. A healthy person without liver disease can take up to 4000mg per 24 hours (two 500mg Tylenol (acetaminophen) every 6 hours. If that's not cutting your headaches see your doctor, there are other pain medication options. You may need an opiate pain medication. If you have migraine type headaches there are alternate, non-addictive very effective medications, like imitrex.

"Vasovagal Reaction": The sensation you are describing is most likely due to a reflex called a "vasovagal reaction."  Often people need to tense their abdominal muscles and strain a bit during a bowel movement. This tends to stimulate the vagus nerve, which slows the heart rate and can cause nausea, sweating, dizziness, pounding heart and hot flashes. It is a common reaction.

I would stay: Away from such sources as caffeine in either case as it increases acid production and dehydrates, leading to constipation and potentially worsening your symptoms. That being said colitis and irritable bowel are 2 completely different entities! they are not synonymous. Make sure your diagnosis is clearto you and your doctor.

Align: Align is not a laxative and may not fulfill your goal of having a bowel movement every morning. There is no specific time of the day recommended, but for the ease of use would recommend in am. Please refer to aligngi.com. Gas and bloating are the most common side effects experienced with probiotics in general.

Unlikely: It is unlikely that constipation would affect a renal stent. Constipation is more likely to lead to painful anal fissures and bleeding hemorrhoids.

Bowels/bladder: Sometimes the presence of stool in the rectum will place pressure on the urethra acting to "hold" the urine - once it is relieved you may have the urge to void.   They are two separate symptoms but emptying one may prompt the other system to "tell the brain" its time to empty the other one.
