: If you're only a few days into treatment, probably it should continue. If near the end of the intended treatment period, maybe you can stop the drugs. Food and antibiotics: Regular nutritious diet is recommended.  Be sure to take antibiotic as directed and timed with meals.  Good idea to take probiotics e.g. Live culture yogurt while on antibiotics to replenish the beneficial bacteria in the colon unless not indicated for some reason.

It depends: In general, it depends on which antibiotic. There should be instructions with the antibiotic as it was prescribed to you--usually something printed by the pharmacy--that go into this in some detail. Also your pharmacist can tell you. But it really depends on the drug: tetracyclines require avoiding calcium-containing products. Linezolid requires avoiding wine and certain cheeses.

Not sure: Nothing really stands out in my mind as far as a correlation. Continue taking antibiotics, sometimes you can get acid indigestion with being ill. Try taking some Tums or a Zantac (ranitidine) to see if this alleviates your symptoms.

Eat and be merry: Active culture yogurt w/ nice protein such as Greek or Aussie style.  Kefir is a good choice too.  You can freeze the yogurt or kefir to make a cold treat that's easy to eat.  Make some gelatin and add ground flax seed to it.  You can do the same with chia seeds.  In fact, you could add chia to almost any liquid (milk, juice) to get your daily intake until healed.  Avoid hot, spicy, acidic foods.

COVID 19: 103.8  F is definitely high. Acetaminophen or NSAID's can be used to reduce fever. Naprosyn is considered a good choice if you use an NSAID. If you are not able to bring down your fever with this combined with good hydration, consider a medical consultation on-line.
