I have a kidney infection i'm taking antibiotics my pain is going away but seems to get worse after i eat why is this?

Not sure: Nothing really stands out in my mind as far as a correlation. Continue taking antibiotics, sometimes you can get acid indigestion with being ill. Try taking some Tums or a Zantac (ranitidine) to see if this alleviates your symptoms.
