Water intoxication: Hi, depends on your kidney function if the kidney is normal it can clear up to 1 lit of fluid per hour, also it depends if your serum Sodium is normal or low, in a situation called SIADH, a hormone is being secreted from Hypothalamus inappropriately which decreases the Sodium level in blood and that could become dangerous.
What makes drink a lot of water? Do you feel thirsty a lot or just habit?

Need to drink water: You must be getting in enough fluids to keep your urine from being concentrated. However, it is really a good idea to make water the primary thing that you drink. It is the healthiest thing to drink.

: Nothing is wrong. Urine normally varies from somewhat cloudy to entirely clear. It depends on diet as well as fluid intake.

Urine: Nope. Not in any way. That means that the light that hit the urine probably picked up a metabolite that in the right light loos green. Given the clear nature or your urine these stand out colors may be more noticeable.  I would not worry in any way.

Other symptoms: Usually related to overhyddration, but
more frequent urination, or in greater amounts than usual, with pale urine as well as urinating at night can mean early kidney failure. Can feel otherwise normal.  If have these additional symptoms, should consult physician for blood tests to assess renal function if continues. Then sometimes imaging, ultrasound of kidneys.

Urine Drug Screening: Nope. And if the urine is too dilute it will be discarded and you will be asked to provide another one or have a failure.  The tests now a days are nearly impossible to beat.  It is best to get into recovery and get happy about it.

Not bad at all: Keep hydrated! Clear urine is a normal urine!

: The color of your urine depends on many thins. If it is clear than you are taking adequate fluids. If the amount is O.K. you are fine. Remember water is cheap, available, tastes refreshing and good for you. Don't worry.

: You do not need to drink after the dinner if you are not thirsty. If you drink at night you will have to wake up for the bathroom trip. 
Thirsty is the earliest symptom you will feel if you are dehydrated and too many bathroom trips are the symptom of overhydration.

i see everywhere online you should be drinking more water!! and that the average amt of water a female needs is around 92 oz. i like drinking water, but i usually only drink about 24oz a day and my urine is always clear. should i drink more often?

: Unless you are working exercising in heat and sweating a lot just drink when you are thirsty. No research suggests drinking more improves health. Search pubmed.gov for research articles.
