About 120 pounds: About 120 pounds would be a good weight for you. Losing weight requires a combination of reducing intake of food and exercising, easier said than one. You may wish to join a support group like weight watchers.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Try limiting your calories and lifting light weights, plus lots of running and cardio exercises. Avoid sugars and simple starches because they make you hungry soon after eating. Foods with protein are better. Eat LESS overall. Walk more.

PIlls to lose weight: No. It is not okay. Pills are dangerous. They do not lead to true and lasting weight loss. They are actually a crime against health, but they make their makers a lot of money.

Weight loss is about changing your life. It is about limiting calories...Eating less sugars and more protein. It is about moving and being active with a type of exercise that burns the right calories...Those pesty sugars.

Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. Running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).

That said, start an activity, any activity, such as walking, and increase to 1 hour a day if possible.    Write down everything you eat to make yourself aware of your intake, including beverages. Eat mostly lean meats, veggies and fresh fruits and whole grain breads, reducing you intake 10%.
