Pretty long!: Detectable 5-7 days after use. Chronic use (over one year) of Valium, however, can be detected much longer.  The detection window for Valium in urine screens is up to 4-6 weeks esp  in older folk. If you have a prescription, it should not be a problem - bring it. Also, try to avoid stress w/ CBT it's healthier for you than a pill!

About 4-7 days: Valium is a long acting benzodiazepine with active metabolites. It gets metabolized by the liver. It's clearance from the body depends on the condition of your liver and the presence of competing substances. Also, detection of valium in the urine is also based on the sensitivity and specificity of the test.

: Assuming there is no reason to think you are not metabolizing the medications properly, the Valium would be metabolized by 10 days after the one dose you took. The Valium should not be interfering with the current prescription for Lyrica. Good luck!

Yes, usually okay.: Very low to almost no potential for problems from taking Valium and aspirin as you described for one week, though 5 mg of Valium twice a day rather than 10 mg once a day may provide somewhat better control of anxiety. Suggest avoiding Valium and similar medications if you have a personal or family history of alcohol problems due to high potential for addiction.
