Need to see someone: Only md's or, in some states, nurse practitioners can prescribe medication. In order to have the rx refilled, you will need to see an md or np - either in an office setting or an urgent care/er setting.

Postural or after?: Medication response is very individual. If you notice you're feeling light headed upon arising from bed or after lying down a while, this might be addressed by simply waiting a bit before leaping out of bed in the morning.

Fluid intake can help. If you're a little dehydrated, the propranolol effect can be magnified. you could discuss splitting the pill to only take 5mg 1-2 times a day.

Beau's lines: Those ridges on nail beds are caused by injury, infection, low calcium , skin disease, some chemotherapy drugs, or malnutrition.  I am not aware of Celexa (citalopram) being cause of this.
