Eggs are a good source of high quality protein,lutein, choline &amp; other micro nutrients.

Eggs are fine: I don't know why someone would suggest that eating eggs every day is bad for you.  Eggs used to be associated with high cholesterol but that has proven untrue.  There is nothing wrong with eating eggs every day.

3 or more...: While eggs contain cholesterol, most studies suggest eating even 3 eggs a day actually improved cholesterol levels! There have not been studies done on eating more than 3 eggs a day so we can't say for sure if more than 3 a day would be hazardous but there is no evidence that 3 a day is harmful (except perhaps for diabetics)

Yes: Eggs are a very god source of protein for this age group, and in general, they can have a higher percentage of their calories from fat, so the cholesterol is not really a problem. However, if you have a strong family history of dyslipidemia or high cholesterol, i would watch just in general foods high in saturated fats - don't get your child used to and craving these flavors.
