It may be normal: Depending on the age, it may be normal. Children up to about 6 year old have a high lymphocyte count and a low rbc compared to adults normal range.
If it is about your own blood count, a high lymphocyte in the CBC is abnormal. Many infections would increase lymphocyte count temporarily, and may reduce rbc count. But there are some serious illnesses that may cause the same thing. See your doctor.

Multiple possible.: If a patient has had recent surgery, that might be the cause.  B12 and Folic Acid deficiencies can cause a high MCV (ie, it can represent a nutritional cause).  Other possibilites include hemolysis (breaking of red blood cells), kidney disease and other chronic diseases.

Need actual values: If what you stated is correct, your red cell size may be larger, however, it would be helpful to have all the data, rather the qualitative statements alone. In any case if your hemoglobin is normal, there is no cause for concern.

Further workup: This isn't a high MCV in my book, and the lowish red count can mean lots of things. If your hemoglobin / hematocrit are low, your physician should undertake an investigation of your anemia, beginning with a good history and physical exam, and confirmatory labs very likely including a reticulocyte count.

Hemoglobin: The graulocyte count is not of concern. What is her hemoglobin. RBC count suggests that it is low and you should discuss with her doctor about giving her iron and vitamin supplements to correct anemia.

Borderline anemia: Your hemoglobin is also a wee bit low for a man (most men have 13.5 or more). The explanation might be something as simple as having drunk a few extra glasses of water before the blood draw so that you could also provide a urine sample. Your physician may want to check you now for occult blood loss, repeat the cbc, or begin an anemia workup now despite normal indices. Good luck.

There is no normal: Back pain in a child, so this needs to be examined top to bottom. Take them to a pediatric hospital for full assessment, including looking for an infection like discitis, cancer, and spinal cord injury without radiologic findings. I do not want to scare you or cause undue drama, but severe back pain in a child is a red flag for many of us and you should see a specialist.

Yes: You have mild anemia.The causes are usually treatable and you need to see a hematologist or your private MD for workup of the cause. In your age group the common causes are due to excess blood loss , ie bleeding, lysis, nutritional factors uncompensated by underproduction from your bone marrow.
