my tooth aches but i have no rotting or cavities, what could it be?

Tension?: Often it is hard to tell if a tooth has a cavity.  The cavity could be a small hole near the gum line or between the adjacent teeth and thus hard to see.  If you have been told by a dentist that there is not tooth decay present in your aching tooth, it could be clench or grinding of your teeth due to tension.  Are you under any additional stress lately?  Do you catch yourself clenching your teeth?

Yes but: I would recommend that you see a specialist Oral Surgeon.  Neglect has resulted in a compromised operative field.  An Oral Surgeon is best trained, equipped, and experienced to resolve your problem quickly and efficiently.

Infection: A tooth that is that broken down probably needs extraction. By leaving it in your mouth, you run the risk of infection. This infection can occur at any time. If it occurs while you are pregnant, it can become troublesome. Take care of it now while you are not pregnant. See a dentist... you don't need insurance to do so.

i need help, i am 29 and all my teeth are rotting out of my head.  i have several cavities, i have pain.  please help. poor and have no dental insurance.

Rampant caries: Call your local dental society for advice. They would probably know who best to contact for reduced fee dental care. See if you are eligible for state programs   such as Medicaid.  Dental schools generally render reduced fee dental care. Also make sure you understand how your eating habits may contribute to dental caries and how to practice good oral hygiene going forward. i am 24 weeks pregnant and recently found out i have a rotting tooth or a bad cavity will this harm my baby? no sign of abcess

Not likely: It is unlikely to cause problems for your pregnancy, but your dentist will not be wanting to do anything about it until you are delivered.

Dentist, not ER: You need to see a dentist to have that tooth examined and restored. ER's normally do not perform routine dental care.
You'll wait hours to be seen and in the end have a prescription for antibiotics to help control the infection. Bypass the long wait and go to a dentist.

i have a cavity on the tooth where my wisdom tooth was impacted.  can i have a filing now? two and a half week old extraction.

Cavity: call your Dentist and see what his recommendations are for treatment of this cavity.
