Infection: A tooth that is that broken down probably needs extraction. By leaving it in your mouth, you run the risk of infection. This infection can occur at any time. If it occurs while you are pregnant, it can become troublesome. Take care of it now while you are not pregnant. See a dentist... you don't need insurance to do so.

Do something with it: Dental infections have been associated with lower birth weight babies. You really do need to address this because even without the pregnancy the tooth is going to hurt.
