Depends: Multiple factors can influence Lithium withdrawal. How long you were on Lithium, How high the dose and your metabolism. Gradual discontinuation over 30 days or reducing the dose by 10% every month until you are down to nothing is recommended in the literature. Yes: Asthma is a common reason why a cough lasts for a few weeks after a cold, but a long-lasting cough is becoming more and more common, even in people without asthma. I am seeing the cough from a cold virus last 6-12 weeks much more commonly than it did 10-20 years ago.

A vaccine for shingles is recommended for people 60 years old and older.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

It is conceivable that a pet could have the virus on its coat after touching lesions and then somehow transmit it rapidly (viruses die quickly) to another person who would then get chickenpox, and not shingles.
