Mgt: If your baby is more drowsy/lethargic, not feeding well, please see your ED. This may not be related to the medications, but rather to an illness.  The ambroxol should be discontinued until further evaluation is completed. For excessive mucus production, nasal saline drops and gentle suction is the only treatment advised in this age group, unless there is a tracheostomy or some other problem.

It would take up to a week to be cleared of his system, if symptoms persist kindly have his doctor re-evaluate, chronic upper respiratory infection / middle ER infection can lead to similar symptoms, ENT evaluation may be needed, wish you both wellness

Loratadine is mainly metabolized (broken down) by the liver and only its metabolite is eliminated through the fecal and renal routes. So, drinking more water for making more urine does not get rid loratadine much faster.

180mg: 180 mg allegra (fexofenadine) is maximum dose. If you are needing antihistamine daily, hopefully you have seen an allergist.

Claritin (loratadine): You do not mention what are your side effects. The antihistaminic effect of the medication may persist for up to 5 days, if you took Claritin (loratadine) d, the decongestant side effects will subside within 24 hours.
