Mgt: If your baby is more drowsy/lethargic, not feeding well, please see your ED. This may not be related to the medications, but rather to an illness. The ambroxol should be discontinued until further evaluation is completed. For excessive mucus production, nasal saline drops and gentle suction is the only treatment advised in this age group, unless there is a tracheostomy or some other problem.
