A well-nourished body will be operating at its best capacity to recover from a cold virus more quickly.

You : You can do a light workout but i would not push your body into total fat burning workout as that puts stress on your body.

Just get the blood flowing, hr around 120's.

my favorite remedy for colds is pelargonium sidoides, widely sold as umcka.
Monthly B12 shots maintain a normal level but i advise doing them 2-3x/wk til your level reaches 600!

Lanolin: Over sensitive nipples can be from eczema. The nipples are one of the most sensitive parts of the body. If the skin is thickened and dry  when they are stimulated and engorged they hurt. The key here is lots of lanolin moisturizers and no soap. You can also ask your doc to have "jack newman’s nipple cream compounded" which has helped a lot of woman.

i have been taking trazadone for insomnia for 11 years. it is no longer effective. why is this? also i have stopped cold turkey numerous times and tried other things but then i dont sleep at all. im thinking its because i need to ween off first?

: The medication may be failing to help because  the issues interfering with your sleep in the first place have worsened. The reasons for insomnia are vast and requires a personalized approach. Please discuss with the doctor that prescribed your medication.

hi everyone last night i am feeling cold mild shaking i took tylenon and slept then i pee on my bed while dreaming i am 33 whats causes this , i remember i used to pee when i was kid little longer upto 9 years the i peed today its embarrassing?

: It can happen sometimes with taking too much fluids eg alcohol, coffee tea in some people. If you are otherwise well with no more such episodes you should be OK . If not pl see a Urologist to check you out. Good luck.
