Lanolin: Over sensitive nipples can be from eczema. The nipples are one of the most sensitive parts of the body. If the skin is thickened and dry when they are stimulated and engorged they hurt. The key here is lots of lanolin moisturizers and no soap. You can also ask your doc to have "jack newman’s nipple cream compounded" which has helped a lot of woman.
